Spring 05

Hi everyone!

Here's a look I wore yesterday for a day out! I think one of my favourite looks to wear is white with a print / pop of colour blazer! It just looks really put together, stylish and very spring / summer appropriate. If you look back at my posts you might have seen me wear this blazer a few times already, as I just love it so much! It's definitely my favourite! If you don't have a print / colourful blazer in your closet I would definitely invest in one, as it will look good with many looks and it won't really go out of fashion! This blazer is more than 2 years old now and people still turn heads for it! I have a similar one from River Island which I wore recently (green, black and white one) and I also love it so much! Floral blazers are super cute and great to wear with jeans or all white / neutral looks!

For my accessories I'm wearing my new gold heels that I actually won in a Saks Fifth Avenue competition! and I'm in love and super happy with them! They are a statement piece that match with basically everything!

I went for a slightly casual look as it was in the day and I always go for pencil skirts when I'm not sure what to wear! This look is super easy to style and it's actually very affordable! I'm wearing mainly high street and some more affordable designer pieces! Pencil skirts are always elegant and classy I just love them!

Friday Fragrance - Roberto Cavalli Paradiso

Hi everyone!

Today I'm starting my 'Friday Fragrance' series! and review a different perfume every week! Today's fragrance is Roberto Cavalli Paradiso, which is the newest fragrance from Roberto Cavalli! I must say when I first smelt it I didn't know quite what to think!, but this smell really grew on me! and I'm totally in love with it now! It's quite different to his other fragrances and I like that!
It has a very citrusy / woody / floral scent. It's very sensual and sexy! The main notes are citrus, mandarin orange and bergamot. The middle note is jasmine and base notes are pine tree, cypress and laurels.
I think this is a very unique scent and can be worn from day to night! I'm also in love with the bottle! It's super posh and it reminds me of diamonds ;)
This perfume does actually smell like paradise! and it lasts for a long time too!

My Must Have Beauty Tool

Hi everyone!

I wanted to do a quick review of the original Beauty Blender, as it's something I can't live without! and it's a total must for me and definitely for those of you who love makeup!

It actually took me a while to get it! probably like most of you, I was thinking what do I need this sponge for!! I got some cheaper dupes of it before I got the original one! I did like them, but I wasn't blown away! The sponge was harder and some of them didn't even expand while damp!
Anyway at that time you could only get it online or from ebay and I'm not a big fan of getting things online anymore!, especially here in Dubai when things might never even reach you! I then found this amazing little shop in the Oasis Mall in Dubai, that sells all pro makeup from the USA. I was so excited when I saw the beauty blender! I got it straight away! Now they also sell it at Sephora, so it's very handy!

Since getting that magic tool I really cannot travel anywhere without it! and it's my daily staple in my makeup kit! It's super soft and when it's damp it expands to a bigger size and it becomes squishy and lovely! I use it mainly for my under eye concealer, as it blends beautifully and the egg shape is just so perfect for that! It doesn't leave any streaks and it's truly the quickest way to do your under eye concealer. I also then use it to set it, with translucent powder! I don't really use it to apply foundation as it gives very natural coverage and I prefer full coverage! ;) but it's amazing for any of you who like to have that glowing natural finish!

At the moment I have 3 pink ones and 2 black ones! - they are all the same but just different colours! When it comes to the beauty blender you do have to change it approximately every 3 months, as it loses it's powers! First of all it fades when you wash it frequently and it also becomes different in feel - slightly older but still usable! I like to wash mine after each use and in this case it's great to have more then one! For that I love to use the original blender solid soap, as it cleans the sponge very quickly and effectively! I used to use baby shampoo, but it doesn't really take all the gunk of it as the soap does!

Below I took a picture comparing a new one and an old one!, so you can see the difference! Overall I recommend this to everyone! It will make you life much easier and you will have a much faster makeup application with no streaks and a super flawless finish! I love it!

Beauty Angel Facial at Cryo Health

Hi everyone!

A while ago I went to try a Beauty Angel Facial at Cryo Health! and previously I also did a review on my blog before of the Glow facial and body treatment here if you haven't see it! I seriously love Cryo Health! it is so different to other treatments, yet so effective!

The Beauty Angel facial is similar to the glow facial, but it's longer and it involves Infrared light as well as the -140C pressurized air!

Infrared light technology has so many great benefits! It helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, helps with production of collagen and makes your skin visibly soft and smooth!

The facial started with a good cleansing and a scrub. I then had a mask put on my face. It was one of those translucent masks!, so while I had it on, the Infrared light was then directed on to my face for 15 minutes. I had my eyes well protected, so I didn't see or feel anything.

After the light had switched off, I had then the -140 C pressurized liquid nitrogen vapors (cold air) on my face for 10 minutes. It felt so good! I really love that cold air on my face actually!, it's so soothing! Last but not least I had some lovely creams put on my face with a gentle massage.

The whole treatment lasted about 35/40 minutes. I really enjoyed it!,but most of all I enjoyed the results! I literary couldn't believe how amazing my skin felt afterwards! It was super soft and hydrated, very refreshed and glowing! Many facials don't give you instant results! - you have soft skin and all that, but this facial actually makes your skin feel really good inside out! I seriously love it! It's my new favourite now!

Below are some pictures I took! I didn't manage to take a lot and the one with the cold air is from my glow facial which allows you to wear makeup! Which is awesome by the way! If you would like to know more about the treatments - visit their website here.

Trending Trousers

Hi everyone!

This is my outfit of the day that I wore yesterday, to go to a Mulberry event at a mall and some other places, so decided to keep it classy and sophisticated! - just how I like it!

I got these really cool wide leg pants from Zara the other day and I'm already in love! I've been looking for a perfect pair like this for quite a while, as most of them are too short on me! and these are just perfection! They are slightly loose, but I'm thinking to adujst them a bit at the waist so I can wear them with crop tops!

Here I decided to wear a pink blazer for a pop of colour, together with a simple white vest and my white Michael Kors bag!

My Top 5 Fragrances!

Hi everyone!

I haven't done as much beauty as I would like to here on my blog recently, so today's post is all about my Top 5 favourite fragrances!
I actually wanted to do a full perfume collection post, but I realised that would be too long and instead I will do my top 5 now and then I will follow that up with weekly reviews on the other perfumes I have!
I adore a good perfume and smelling good just makes me feel amazing! Perfumes are like an accessory! They complete your outfit!

My favourite type of scent is sweet and fruity. I like stronger perfumes too, but some of them can give me a headache. I wouldn't say I'm picky when it comes to perfumes but I do like certain types! Here are my top favourite I use on a daily basis...

Gun Clutch

Hi everyone!

I haven't been posting much here on my blog, as I have been super sick with flu this past week! I'm still recovering though! but here is a quick outfit of the day I wore yesterday!
Since the weather is a bit chilly in the evenings here and I'm still sick, I wore my furry vest, which is super cosy and warm! I paired it with high waisted jeans from Topshop and a simple croptop.
For my accessories I wore my new gun clutch! Which I totally adore and some pointy pumps for that extra glam!
