Hope you are all having a great weekend! Here's an outfit I wore yesterday for a lovely brunch. I don't know why, but I love to dress up on Friday's! Most people tend to be quite casual here on Friday, as it's the weekend, but I just love to slip on my heels and get all glammed up!
My outfit is actually pretty much all high street!, not including accessories! I'm wearing a River Island blazer and shorts, as well as a Zara vest and an H&M scarf! I decided to keep it all neutral, as it's very fresh and classy.

Here is my outfit of the day from yesterday! It was such lovely weather, so I decided to wear this very pretty and girly white dress by The Kript. It's super sexy and I just love wearing white when the sun is shining!
For my accessories I decided to wear my Chanel 'Lego' bag which is so small you can basically only fit your phone inside! But it's very cute! I like it! I also wore my rose gold 'barely there' sandals and rose gold sunnies.

The weather here in Dubai has been a little crazy lately! It's got a lot cooler!, so it's perfect for a long sleeve cosy dress! I got this lovely dress from The Fierce Form and it's ideal for the cool and windy weather.
It's super soft and it fits me perfectly (I'm wearing size XS) I also like the dark blue colour! I decided to pair it with simple black pumps as well as my black mini bag.

Here is a look I wore for Valentine's day! It's very sexy, but quite classy at the same time. I decided to wear a red pencil skirt from River Island. I think it's so stylish! I love it! I also wore a black crop top from Miss Selfridge. The crop top was pretty basic, so I decided to add something extra by wearing a statement bra underneath! I love bras like this they are truly amazing and can give any look that extra 'umph'! I got mine from K-lynn. They also have this bra in white and red colours, which I will definitely get also!, as I'm in love!!

Today I wanted to do a review of the Dior Star foundation. I've had it for a while now, but I actually haven't been using it that much. The reason why is the colour!
I got this foundation in the same colour as I had my Dior Nude, which is 031. I swatched it in the shop and it looked kind of similar. When I got home and applied it to my face, I was like whoaaa! that's some yellow/ orange look!! Totally the wrong shade! The colour actually changes a lot when it sets on the skin. You can see on the swatches I did below.
So my choice of colour was a fail!, but I might try it in the shade 030, although I didn't really like how it looked!
As for the foundation I think it has great coverage. It has a semi matte finish which I like and smells lovely too. I wasn't really sure about the staying power though! After using my Estee Lauder double wear, nothing can really beat the long lasting effect of that! The other thing that I'm not so keen on is the fact that it has 30 SPF. That might be good for some people, but for me I take soo many pictures daily and it does make your face lighter with flash photography. Especially when it comes to night time pictures! For this reason I prefer 10 or 15 SPF in foundations.
Overall I think I prefer Dior Nude foundation! To me it's pretty much the same I just like the colour selection much much better and the fact that it has 15 SPF! I will give the other shades a try and I will see how it goes!
